If you are anything like I am, you sometimes forget to mark your pattern, move your counter, place your highlighter tape on the next row, and before you know it, you have lost count of when you last cabled. This video demonstrates how easy it is to count the rows since you last cabled by placing your cable needle into the hole created by the last cable and up to your needle, so that all the rows lie nicely across the cable needle for counting:
